The focus is laid on personalized attention and supervision for every child, giving a boost to constructivism, where he/she can construct the knowledge using his/her experiences. The emphasis is on participation in extra-curricular activities in order to develop physical agility and acquire life skills like team spirit, leadership, decision making and public speaking. Good communication skills are necessary in all walks of life for students and can be enhanced through extensive reading, creative writing and participation in extracurricular activities and thus, being a leader, it is school’s duty to push every child to participate and learn.
